Wow the Ministry is really pulling out the best of its people with all the right requirements in an attempt to gain something over Lord Slytherin.
Of course Harry has to run damage control on his minions running wild in attempts to better his position. I also really doubt Oliver would be the traitor or spy, he cares for nothing but Quidditch. He could be used as a “spy” in that I can see him bragging or complaining about Harry being forced to be distracted by Politics instead of focusing on Quidditch.
