They really steam rolled over character development for all of the students, could have added so Much to the story
And I Like these friends and Twins, the fact that you’re giving Anne and Sebastian a chance to Live, not live but Live
And really I understand Game Anne’s glare towards Seb once he cast the killing curse But he did it after, After his uncle tried to kill player again and Again and just would not Stop.
Really the game lost a lot of potential just by being able to send him to askaban
And the ‘special’ magic? Who are we mortals to lock up magic? That just Hurts magic JK showed that by the ministry banning rituals just because they are ‘dark’
I loved writing from Anne's POV, it was really helpful in actually cementing a character for her, since (as you said) she doesn't really have much of one in the game. Honestly, Hogwarts Legacy had so much potential, and the devs just completely wasted it -.-
But also, as much as I hate to side with the Keepers on anything, I'm pretty sure that locking up highly volatile magic tainted by malicious emotions was the right call. That thing was basically a bomb primed to go off at any moment, and keeping it under lock and key so that no one could use it was a good decision
