In the original chapter 2 intro, Susie remarks on Kris being 'Late'—not the tail edge of being on-time, *late*—even though Toriel, who had been very explicit about almost being late in chapter one, directly drives them there without mention of any tardiness. This implies Kris went to go do something between leaving Toriel's line of sight and going to class.
This obviously didn't happen here, but I wonder if that is because you decided the event shouldn't happen or that you simply were unaware of this information in the first place.
