Summary
As an eight year old Robin, Dick had traversed the tightrope of good and evil effortlessly, understanding how to navigate the world's morality in the way that only a child could. He knew right, he knew wrong and he knew how to differentiate between the two. As an adult, Dick didn’t have that certainty, and he no longer ran, skipped and cartwheeled over that tightrope. Instead, he crawled in a way that felt humiliating, even when no one else knew how much he was struggling to stand.
It's been six months since Nightwing dragged himself from the burning warehouse he'd been held captive in; bloodied, broken and with the fury of an avenging phoenix. And Dick Grayson has spent that time painstakingly putting his persona back together in a way that belies the total destruction wreaked over his mind and body.
Sure, the lie isn't as perfect as he wishes it was. But none of that matters. Not really, anyway. Because as the curtains open on the performance of Dick Grayson's lifetime, he knows one bitter truth; this is his path, and he has to walk it alone.

Summary
While trying to take down a drug cartel that deals with memory altering drugs, things go awry, and Batman wakes up with no recollection of the last five years.
As a result, his family must now race against time to find the antidote, while also having to deal with a Bruce who still thinks Jason is Robin. A Bruce who doesn't recognise most of them. A Bruce far less jaded and cynical than the one they're used to. A Bruce who still cares. -

Summary
/ækˈsizməs/
noun
1. when one feigns disinterest or indifference for something they desire
2. a form of ironyExample: Dick buys two birthday cards for Damian. One starts with “For my son,” and the other says “To a cool guy.” Dick gives Damian the latter, and keeps the former locked away. He doesn’t need to make this into something it’s not.
Or, Dick is tasked with raising Damian in the wake of Bruce’s death. This is the fallout of their separation upon Bruce’s sudden and unexpected return.

Summary
Batman dies saving Red Hood.
Jason Todd doesn't agree with this outcome and wishes for more time.
He wakes up, thirteen and earnest, in his childhood bedroom in Wayne Manor. Bruce is knocking at his door in an attempt to rouse him. Jason remembers this day. They're going to a Gotham Knights game later in the afternoon. Bruce's blood is still warm and criminal on his hands.
‘“Have you ever thought about that?” Jason murmurs. “Being rich in time?”
He feels Bruce’s fingers carding through his hair again. “It’s the most precious commodity of all. It’s priceless. It’s the one thing that I wish I had more of. You don’t have to worry about that, Jay. You’re fifteen. You have your whole life ahead of you.”’
Or, the one where being Robin never gave Jason magic—he was a little magic all along. Jason decides to do things a little differently the second time around. Wherein time casts a spell on them, and Bruce discovers the drag path Jason left in his wake.

Summary
Flying back to Cherry Street, weaving reckless in the dark, it comes down to this: Dick is the only one of his siblings that Jason has any real claim on. Dick is the only one of that whole mess of victims to Batman's cult of self-immolation who belongs to Jason. Even more than that - Dick is the only person in the world who he shares a parent with, who knows what it meant to be the Robin to Batman of nearly ten years ago.
It's just not the same anymore.
So if Dick fucking kicks it, Jason's the only one left. Jason becomes an only child. Jason becomes the last of his kind. Jason becomes the sole keeper of that memory, of a brotherhood shared under a man who no longer exists. There is no way to replace Dick, because the world that they lived in together is gone, and can never give Jason a surrogate.
The Red Hood pulls the thread on a mystery big enough to bridge the distance between two cities, two brothers: The plot they unravel is far deeper and darker than a garden-variety drug trafficking scheme. A story about siblingship, hauntings, and rivers.
1. Ostium, osti(i): Latin noun, II Declension: Door, opening; (river) mouth; entrance (to the underworld).

Dick and Jason focused and what it means to be a brotherGreat prose and interesting story. Love how author describes the characters unique little mannerisms, like dick being the kind of guy who drives with his knees.
What happens when you’ve died, and then years later you witness your brother almost die and your heart goes into overdrive ?
Favorite scene: sleep paralysis nightmare fuel confrontation between two brothers and death
Goated .
