Izuku’s eyes went soft and sympathetic. “I know, Kacchan.”

Summary
For Shouto, Enji is always both beginning and end. It almost seems doomed to be so.
At least, after maybe ten minutes of Shouto getting increasingly frustrated, Enji lands a blow, but the searing fist only glances against Shouto’s shoulder. The thought strikes Shouto suddenly—that was the first time Enji’s touched him in so many years. The beatings had stopped after first year, and Shouto’s flinches had made Enji avoid awkward pats to the shoulder as well. It makes him furious, to know that such a paltry punch is the reunion.
His unscarred eye twitching, Shouto says, “Is that all you’ve got?”
“Shouto—” says Enji in a tone that can only be described as placating as he dodges a volley of ice thrown towards his skull.
That does it. “Just hit me harder!” Shouto yells, incandescent.

Summary
December has come and the city is sick.
As U.A.'s second term draws to a close, Musutafu City is plagued by strange happenings at night. Young heroes are found brutally beaten, with no memory of their assailant. Buildings and storefronts burst apart and collapse. Entire city blocks go mad, their inhabitants attacking everything in sight before calming down just as quickly. The perpetrators are unknown. The League of Villains is silent. The city begs for answers.
The faculty struggle to maintain normalcy, but when Class 1-A is caught in one of the incidents, Katsuki Bakugo decides to take matters into his own hands. In doing so, he sets off a chain of events that will lead the school to question everything it has stood for. One of the darkest secrets of the Hero Society has been unearthed, and what's crawled out intends to shatter the nation's fragile peace for good.
