Summary

It was a rare feeling. He didn’t understand it. He’s not sure he wants to. His brother had always told him that if he thinks too much of it, the feeling goes away quicker.
“Why did you bring me here?”
Simon grins slyly, teasing, “I didn’t. I said I was going, and you followed me.”He likes the way Simon says his name; like it means something. Wilhelm’s never meant anything to anyone before.
It was cool of you to show me your private hang out spot.

“Was that your first time sneaking out?”
Wilhelm decides to be honest, because Simon’s the first person who made him feel like he could.
“It was my first time getting caught.”There’s a few things Wilhelm’s learning about himself: he really, really likes Simon.
Some boys were made for the Sun and some were not.
Wilhelm is rain, but Simon Eriksson belonged to the Summer, and Wilhelm hopes he never goes away because this town could use every bit of it.“You were right. I don’t feel anything.”
He holds Simon’s hand for the first time, and then he realizes he was very wrong.
He feels everything.“Simon asked for you two days ago.”
“What’d he say?”
“That he knew you were sad and he wanted to know if he could do anything to make you happy again.”
“I don't understand how anyone could ever forget about you.” The words are so soft, but loud and genuine, and Wilhelm has hope that maybe he makes Simon feel like he can be honest too. He hopes, and he hopes, and he hopes.
“Wille, I think I like you. Is that okay?”
Wilhelm pretends to be asleep.

Summary
Young Royals goes Bridgerton
OR:
Simon Eriksson has arrived in town for the season with one goal in mind: Finding a suitable match for his sister. However, he is less than pleased when she manages to catch the attention of one Wilhelm Lilienberg af Sandemar, as the young Count resembles everything that Simon despises about high society.
When Wilhelm is pressured to find a wife, he chooses to woo the one woman who is as of yet untainted by the society that he secretly loathes with all of his being. The biggest obstacle turns out to be her brother who seems to harbour an inexplicable resentment towards Wilhelm.
Meaning that Wilhelm must charm Simon Eriksson in order to get what his heart desires.
