Naomi is an alien who was the basis of Hydra's experiments, although she doesn't know that, she was found at just 6 years old (shes now a 16 years old). They used her DNA to find out how to give people powers. on one of her many escapes she's found by the avengers and adopted by Tony stark.
Also the events in this story may be different from the ones in the movie. This is an AU with some differences like Tony doesn't die and a few other things.

The struggle was real when it came to keeping a secret identity. Especially when the identity was kept from a group of superheroes made up of a retired agent, a retired assassin, a retired super-assassin, a super soldier, a couple military men, some geniuses and a literal god.
Peter thought he would be able to keep his name and face away from the spotlight until he was at least old enough to drink. He hoped that his Parker Luck would hold out until his twenty-first birthday, maybe even past that. But a villain crawling out of the woodwork and a couple of life-threatening injuries were quick to change his plans.
Hopefully, he could just flash those Bambi eyes and get it over with.
