Fun Ghoul was taken from the city before he could even make a choice one way or the other.

The Case Stilinski vs. The State of California was prosecuted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation itself – Mieczysław was a person of interest. The charges laid against him included domestic terrorism, attempted first degree murder, assault, multiple counts of manslaughter, destruction of public property, carrying and exploding of a destructive device, criminal sabotage, and conspiracy to commit murder. There were at least a dozen smaller charges Andrea had chosen to forget.
OR: The Nogitsune did a lot of bad things while it inhabited Stiles' body, and it didn't care who would be able to tie its crimes to Stiles. But the Nogitsune is gone - and Stiles is the one who has to face the consequences.
