Being the only mutant at Xavier's school with powers fit to keep Warren and his shiny new projectile firing wings under control, or at least prevent him from accidentally maiming a student, you've been tasked with doing just that.
I read this over like 20 times now and I feel like it needs work. The reader's powers are hardly used at all, some things feel rushed, and others seem like boring fillers. I've been thinking and I have decided to redo this, I am so sorry if you've become invested but it will be the same general plot and all that jazz. I admit I was getting impatient and I wanted Warren and the reader to have a relationship as soon as possible so I rushed it. But with Warren's trama, I feel like he wouldn't open that easily or be willing to have a relationship that easily. After that relationship was formed Warren's trama just dropped off the face of the earth like it never happened, obviously I should have included arguments, disagreements, or even some form of PTSD but I completely skipped over that.
So it's being redone, but it'll have more depth and probably be longer. I am sooooo sorry I'm making all of you wait again.
