“No no!” She quickly backpedaled, looking a few shades more pale each minute the conversation dragged on. Alfred watched as she took another cursory sweep of the area to make sure no one overhead and then, bewildered “It's just…”
“…I think you’re supposed to be dead?”

Alfred’s smile faltered as the past several hours finally clicked. What in the holy hell did he get himself into?

2077 was the year the world ended, and America along with it.
204 years after the apocalypse, Alfred F. Jones wakes up and quickly learns there’s a lot he’s missed.
