Usagi Tsukino has been a strange girl for most of her life, half American half Japanese. The only biological family she has is her mother Sophie and half-brother Shingo. Usagi’s father disappeared after her mom became pregnant with her, her uncle was dead, and her grandparents are also dead. But despite all that Usagi has never shown a sign of loneliness, she has always gotten along with her half-brother Shingo and her stepfather Kenji, as well as Kenji’s parents and Sophie’s adoptive parents.
This is her story, her adventures, and no matter what happens, NO FATE SHALL CONTROL HER LIFE!

8:30 AM second to last day before the end of Summer Break.
“Uhg… five more minutes….” Usagi mutters into her pillow, “Wait… it’s still summer break…” Usagi sighed with relief.
“Usagi!” The unforgettable sound of Sophie’s voice drifted up the stairs.
“Mom! It's still summer break!” Usagi yelled down the stairs. Usagi hears her mother’s unforgettable sigh as she comes up the stairs.
“Correct dear daughter” Sophie says, “But you are forgetting something.”
“Huh?” Usagi mutters from her bed, “What is it?”
“Today’s your all-day hangout with your best friend Naru, remember?” Sophie says coincidentally, “The same girl that makes you blush every time she compliments your hair? Remember?”
Usagi bolts upright and sprints to the bathroom, “THAT’S TODAY?” Usagi screams while getting ready at record speeds.
Sophie couldn’t help but chuckle at her daughter’s high-speed preparing sessions whenever it involved her childhood crush, she swore she didn’t have. And in a blink of an eye, she would always be out of the house rushing to their chosen meet up spot, “Usagi don’t forge- she’s already gone…” Sophie sighed, she simply hoped that she would try to stay safe.

9:01 AM Game Center Crown.
Usagi was for once, not late. At least not as much as she normally is, well, is one minute even late? “Hey Usagi!” Naru says, “You ready for our monthly annual Girl’s Day out?”
Usagi pumps her arm, “HELL YEAH!!! I’m ready Naru.”
Naru smiles, “Good! Where should we go first?”
Usagi taps her chin in thought, “What about that Cafe you’ve been wanting to go to?” Usagi suggests, “You’ve been raving about wanting to go there.”
“You’d be willing to go there?” Naru asks, “There isn’t much there I would think you would like…”
“Don’t worry about it” Usagi replies with a smile, “I’ll find something.”

Shingo took a deep breath. Usagi was out of the house for the day, he still felt bad for keeping this secret from her but their parents insisted, they wanted her to live a normal life. Which in concept seemed like a good choice for her wellbeing but… Shouldn’t it be Usagi’s choice? Well, now’s not the time to think about that, today’s the day Mom and Dad are taking him to see his first hunt. The Horror was named Gargoyle, a Bird Horror who preys on mainly women after making sculptures of them, it honestly freaks him out just by thinking about it.
“Hey Shingo?” his dad asks, “Are you ready for this? It's okay if you’re not.”
Shingo shakes his head, “No. I’m ready” he says, Shingo hopes it's the truth.
Sophie smiles and helps Shingo get onto the bike, “It’s going to be fine…” Sophie says, “Garm gave us a map to its last known location so we can start the hunt there.”
Just a few minutes later the hunt had just begun.

Surprisingly Usagi enjoyed the food. Naru was right, the food there was good, everything else that day was really fun too. They had a good time at the arcade, shopping, and the other places they went for food were also good, they were now on their way home.
“Today was really fun, Naru.” Usagi says as they walk toward the intersection where they'll have to say goodbye.
“I agree” Naru says, Usagi notices something, Naru seems off. “Hey, are you okay? You seem off.”
Naru turns to Usagi, “there's something I want to talk to you about Usagi.”
“What is it?” Usagi says, her heart is pounding, and she’s sure Naru’s is as well.
“Usagi…. I…” Naru says, her face growing really red, “Usagi I have a-”
CRASH
Usagi and Naru spin to see what made the sound. And they could not make up what they saw. A large bird monster with a bloodied head and teeth in the beak, the thing that had caused the damage was a silver gothic motorcycle with chains wrapped around it and atop it a Silver Knight with a wolf’s head.
The knight snarls, the mask twisting as if actually alive. “Your night ends here Gargoy- Oh… oh dear…” The knight says as he notices Usagi and Naru standing there dumbfounded and more than a little terrified. “This certainly isn’t good…”
The bird monster notices Usagi and Naru and instantly slips from under the tires of the motorcycle and charges at them. The two girls scream and jump out of the way of the monster. The knight jumps into the air and throws his twin blades at the monster connecting the blades to his grip via chains, as the creature charges the Knight lands and slides on the ground gripping the chains. The beast screeches into the night as it drags the knight. The Knight kicks the ground and launches itself into the air to pull itself down upon the beast stomping it into the ground. The Knight pulls the blades from the monster’s back before stabbing them into the back of the creature tearing it to shreds.
“Thank you…” Usagi says as she looks at the Knight.
“Next time you and your girlfriend should run away when you see a wolf knight and a bird monster.” The Knight says.
“G-girlfriend???” Usagi and Naru exclaim at the same time. The Knight chuckles and climbs onto his bike.
“Have a good night…” The Knight says as a final goodbye and drives off with far more questions in Usagi and Naru’s heads then answers.
Usagi and Naru sit still for a little while before realizing they’re in a bit of a compromising position and move apart, still neither speaking. After a while they both got up nodded at each other, a silent promise to call each other later once they regained the ability to speak and returned home.
Once Usagi returned home she instantly wandered to her room and collapsed onto her bed. If Usagi told ANYone apart from Naru about what happened to her and Naru she was sure she would get side eyes and laughs. But one thing popped into her head above everything else, what did Naru want to talk to her about?
