Preface

From that day until the day my destiny crossed paths with Pond Naravit, everything in my life changed drastically.
At that time, when I met him, I still didn't know what to expect from the future. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what my dreams were. Pond Naravit Bianchi Lertratkosum - 25 years old
Pond is a world-famous Formula 1 driver. His career took off at the age of 18 when he became the first Thai world champion in the category, in just his second year racing for McLaren. Since then, he has won two more world championships and finished second in two others. Accustomed to victories, Pond has faced two difficult seasons with his team, which is undergoing restructuring, and it has been over a year since his last victory. Frustrated and losing confidence in his team, he has been constantly rethinking his future recently.
The grandson of an Italian and the son of Thai parents, Pond was introduced to the sport at the age of 3. Racing is all he knows, spending most of his life on and off the tracks. His relationship with his father is complicated, as he was frequently subjected to extreme emotional pressure during his childhood. After an incident where his father abandoned him at a gas station on a rainy day, following a go-kart defeat, in an attempt to teach him a lesson, he had to distance himself. As a result, Pond's mother separated from his father at the time, although they reconciled later. His maternal grandfather then took over his care and career guidance. Unlike his father, his grandfather taught Pond that the most important thing was not just winning, but always giving his best both on and off the track. Unfortunately, when Pond was seventeen, his grandfather passed away from cancer, just a weekend before Pond won the Formula 2 championship. A month later, Pond signed the contract to compete in Formula 1.
His father is still a presence in his life, and even though Pond tries to keep him away from his career, he always finds a way to interfere. Pond also has an older sister, Milk, and despite the distance caused by work travels, they are quite close.
Currently, at 25 years old, Pond has been focusing exclusively on his professional career after a significant heartbreak two years ago. Since then, he hasn't truly been interested in anyone, preferring to dedicate himself entirely to racing.
