Chapter Text
(No one's P.O.V)
Kenny, Kyle, Stan, and Cartman were in class when one of the kids' eyes turned blue. They all looked at each other, and then they heard a loud thump and saw the kid on the floor, dead.
The teacher told the kids to go to the next-door classroom and stay there. This kid, Clyde, started to cry while being dragged by a kid named Craig.
When the kids got sent home, Kenny McCormick got a weird flash in his eyes. All he saw was a flash of orange passing by. Kenny got a weird feeling and went to see his mother. He thought that he was going to die again. (Remember, the kids are only 9–10 years old, or in 4th grade.)
When he got to his mum, he touched her hand, he felt some electricity going through his arm. His mum looked at him like he was a stranger.
She screamed at him to leave their house and said they didn't have money. Kenny was confused at how his mother reacted and went up to his room.
His little sister, Karen, walked into his room with their mother, yelling something. Their mother grabbed him and dragged him to the front door. He got thrashed outside like he was a baseball.
Karen looked at their mother and asked her why she kicked out her brother. She didn't say anything. Karen walked to her brother to try and help him get up. As she was about to touch him, Kenny got a flash of orange and got scared again.
He got up and started to run away. A while later, he saw Kyle at Cartman's house. As he got closer, he saw Cartman, Stan, and Kyle get taken away by a guy in his late 40s. The guy saw Kenny and started to walk towards him. Kenny backed up and bumped into someone.
He turned around to see his sister, Karen. Kenny felt a pair of hands on him. He turned around as the guy grabbed Kenny and his sister to take them to the van. Kenny blacked out after that.
Kenny woke up just to see that he was on a bus next to Craig. Kenny asked Craig what they were doing on the bus.
"Craig, where the hell are we?" Kenny looked at Craig.
"I don't know; I woke up on the bus just like you did, McCormick," he responded.
Kenny nodded and looked around to find his friends. When he saw them, Kenny tried to move so he could sit next to them.
"You can't move; sit McCormick," Craig said as Kenny stood up.
"Why? "How do you know?"
"I don't know why they don't let us; I tried to move, but they just told me to sit back down," he said, shrugging.
Kenny just sat back down in the spot next to Craig again.
"Where do you think they are taking us to?"
"I don't know," he said while looking out the window.
Kenny took that as a sign to stop talking. Hours went by, but they were still on the damn bus. Cartman was nowhere to be seen. "God, how I miss him; he makes things so interesting," Kenny thought to himself.
Kenny couldn't look out the window because it was nighttime and he couldn't see sh*t, plus Craig was there. Even if he tried to lean in to look out the window, Craig would just push him away.
"God, where is Cartman when you need him?" Kenny thought to himself, and all of a sudden he felt something on his shoulder. He looked to see what it was, just to see Craig's head leaning on him, sleeping.
Kenny looked at him, wondering if he should wake him up or not. Kenny decided not to because he knows that if he does, then Craig is going to act all moody, like a girl on her period, plus Kenny got tired and decided to sleep for a while.
( Craig's Dream )
Kenny saw him at Craig's house. He looked around just to see Craig and his family at the dinner table, eating. Kenny heard someone knocking at the door; he got scared and hid behind something.
!BANG!
The door was flying open, and some men were coming in. Craig's dad got up to protect his family, but before he could do anything, he got pushed up against the wall.
Craig's mother got up to protect Craig and his sister. Craig looked scared, and his sister was crying while hugging her brother.
Two out of four men got closer to where Craig's mother, sister, and brother were. One of the two grabbed Craig's mother and yanked her away from her kids; the other one got Craig and his sister and dragged him to where the van was, outside. Craig tried to get out of the man's grip but couldn't.
The other three men walked outside, got into the van, and drove off.
(Dream over.)
Kenny felt the bus coming to a stop and opened his eyes to see where they were. He saw it was early in the morning, and Craig was still sleeping on his shoulder. Craig got up suddenly, breathing heavily, which was a bit worrying. He calmed himself down and looked around to see why the bus had stopped.
"Hey, are you okay, Craig?" Kenny asked, whispering to him.
"Yeah, I just had a bad dream," Craig said to Kenny.
"Was it about when you got taken away?" Kenny whispered again.
"Yeah, wait, how did you know?" Craig asked Kenny.
"I guessed," Kenny said, smiling at Craig.
The bus started moving again as the guard walked back into the bus. Kenny and Craig looked outside to see an army-like camp.
(Kenny's P.O.V.)
The guard stood there at the front of the bus and then said,
"WAKE THE FUCK UP, EVERYONE!" The guard said it out loud. Every kid on the bus woke up and looked around to see where they were.
"THE SECOND WE GET OFF THIS BUS, YOU ARE GOING TO LINE UP AND DON'T TRY TO GET AWAY; YOU WILL NOT GET FAR; I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, YOU WILL NOT GET FAR!" The guard screamed at everyone on the bus.
The bus door opened, and the guard got off first, and the rest of us followed like baby ducks following their mother. Once we got inside, some of us got to go to either block A or block B.
I saw Kyle and Stan going to block B; once it was my turn, I needed to go to block A. When I entered, I looked back just to see Craig walking up to me.
I was happy that I was with someone I know--maybe not as friends, but it's someone I know, so I am cool with that.
"Hey, Craig!" I waved at him.
"Kenny, I am only "hanging out" with you because I don't want to be a loner." Got that? Craig said while looking around to see if he knew someone else.
"Damn, no need to be rude." I rolled my eyes as he turned back to face me.
"Look, I'm sorry, dude." It's just that you weren't helping me calm down. "You know what I mean, right?" he said to me.
"Yeah, I was just happy to see someone I know." I looked away from him.
(No one's P.O.V.)
All of a sudden, a speaker went off, but Kenny heard someone call his name from somewhere, so he didn't hear what the speaker was saying. He turned around to see his sister, Karen, with Craig's sister, Tricia.
Kenny walks up to his sister and starts hugging her; his sister hugs back, saying how much she misses him. Craig's sister hugs Craig, and she starts tearing up a bit while Craig hugs her back.
When the speaker stopped, Kenny saw a guard coming to them, saying something under his breath. When the guard gets to them, he tells Kenny to follow him.
(Time skips because I am lazy.) And why not?
Kenny sat in a chair inside a dentist-looking room. The doctor was doing something on a computer.
"When you got off the bus, did you get assigned a colour?" The man said
" Colour?"
"Yes, colour is a way to tell someone about your power." If you see a flash of green, that means you are very smart and have been put in the safe zone. "If you see a flash of blue, that means you can control or move things with your mind and are not dangerous to other people."
"What about the other colours?"
"Yellow's power is that they can manipulate electricity; they can be kind of dangerous." "Reds and oranges are the most dangerous; oranges' power is mind control, and reds' power is that they can control fire," the doctor said.
"But they are rare, so you may be safe," he added.
The guy typed something on the computer, and a few seconds later it started beeping. The doctor looked at Kenny while grabbing a needle.
"It will be okay; we can fix this." Kenny got up, panicking, and ran to the door while the doctor tried to stop him.
Kenny took off his glove as the doctor grabbed his arm. Kenny's eyes flashed orange when he grabbed the doctor's wrist.
"I am a green; I'm one of the smart ones."
"Yes." The doctor lets go of Kenny's arm and goes to the computer, types something there, and it flashes green as the beeping stops.
"You're green," he says to Kenny.
The doctor goes into a closet and comes out with a green outfit for Kenny to wear.
"Put this on, and the guard outside will lead you back to where the other Greens are." Kenny took the clothes and went to the bathroom next to the closet.
(A little while later...)
Kenny got to where the other Greens were and saw Kyle there. Kenny ran to where Kyle was and saw Craig's sister with Kyle.
" KYLE!!!!" Kenny screamed.
" huh?-" Kyle turned around to see Kenny there.
" Kenny! "How are you, man?" Kyle hugged Kenny back.
"Dude, my ass still feels weird because of the damn bus ride."
"I know what you mean, dude; without Cartman cracking a joke here and there, it just stinks," Kyle responded.
"Haha, speaking of Cartman, have you seen him?" Kenny asked Kyle.
"No, the last time I saw him, I was getting kidnapped." "I don't know where he went, but I am sure he is not a Green." Kyle looked around to see if he could find Cartman.
"Oh, I was thinking... Kenny got invaded by the speaker going off.
"All greens go to one of the two exits to start your trial," the speaker guy said.
"Let's go," Kyle said to the others (Kenny and Tricia).
All the Greens walked outside. They just stood there, looking around, waiting for something to happen. Then some of the guards come, and they tell them to line up and follow them. Kenny, Tricia, and Kyle are in the same line, together, following the guards somewhere.
Kenny looks back to see if he can see anyone he knows (like Cartman), but he only sees other greens, blues, and yellows. No reds or oranges, but him.
Kenny turns back to the front and continues to walk with the group.
They got to a grey building that looked like it was built in the 1960s. The guards stopped in front of her and gave out little coloured notes. The notes were either white, grey, or black.
Kenny and Kyle got white, and Tricia got black.
"Anyone that has a grey notepad, follow us," one of the guards said.
After the greys left, soon the blacks followed (why did that sound so racist?) Then it was our turn, and the guards led us away to a room full of bunk beds.
Soon it was nighttime. Kenny and Kyle were going to share a bunk bed. Kenny got sleepy and went to bed.
Years later, when they are 16–17,
Kenny woke up as alarms started to play and red flashing lights were going off. He got up to see if Kyle knew what was going on, only to find out he was gone.
Kenny ran around the building, trying to find where the hell Kyle was.
(Kenny's P.O.V. )
I got outside of this crapy building and saw people going to the front gate; they were escaping. I saw Stan and Kyle! Were they leaving me here?
A guard ran to me and pushed me to the floor. They were yelling at me, they grabbed my hair and slammed my head on the ground. I felt like I was about to black out.
