Pacific Rim AU Background

Summary:

For context purposes, here is some background information on my Pacific Rim AU :)

I'm really only loosely basing this AU off of the information from the movies
So it's not going to be 100% accurate to the war/timeline, as I am making everything for the batfam up as I go with this one, kaiju and all :)

Story takes place in the range of the 2017-2019 Kaiju War success era.

Location: "The Cave" - jaeger shatterdome located somewhere along the west coast of North American

  • Red Menace - Tim & Jason

      • 0 failures
    • This red jaeger is a tank with a vast array of weapons
    • it is one of the most adaptable of all the jaegers

 

  • Dark Knight (aka "the bat") - Grayson & Damian
    • Mark-1 (analog)
      • 12 drops
      • 8 kills
      • 3 assists 
      • 1 failure
    • This black and gray jaeger stands the tallest of the jaegers in the Cave
    • the two metallic antennae at the top of its head give it a bat-like appearance
      • Was at one point operated by Bruce and Alfred, then Bruce & Grayson, then Bruce & Jason
      • Grayson now copilots with Damian
    • The jaeger has been updated with radiation shields and new weapons systems
    • the oldest of the jaegers, but it has been updated and well maintained
    • remains one of the best in the business
