Against his back, Neuvillette presses into him. At his front, the fire warms his face, his nose. They’re in nothing but thin shirts, no pants, and Neuvillette’s purrs don’t let up as he presses his cheek into the curve of Wriothesley’s shoulderblade.
It’s soothing. Relaxing. They have nowhere they have to be; there is nothing they have to do. It’s just them, the fireplace, and their hard-earned vacation.
Neuvillette and Wriothesley indulge in each other’s company after an exhausting day in the snow.

Neuvillette curled his arms around the man’s waist and tucked his face into the warden’s neck. He breathed in the essence of the Duke, “You absolutely reek of her perfume… To think someone tried to take what is mine. This is unacceptable.”
Wriothesley shuddered at the heat of the Iudex’s breath tickling his skin. He couldn’t help but let out a small whimper as Neuvillette’s hand slowly slid up his back to grip the base of his hair.

“Hey, I can hear your thoughts from here,” Wriothesley says softly.
“Distract me, then.” Neuvillette is so very tired, but he puts his phone on speaker and holds it back, to swipe through the full set of photos Wriothesley sent.
Black lace clings to a broad chest, accented by a D-ring collar across the throat. The gems that drip down from the silk finishings are sapphire.
The next image is all pink lace, with a feminine touch, bows lining the trimmings.
A full piece bodysuit, all intricate, navy lace is the last image. This one is scattered with silver gems, and it shimmers beneath the light. It’s beautiful. The way it cinches in Wriothesley’s waist reminds Neuvillette of a corset.
Merde.
- Wriothesley calls Neuvillette while he works into the early hours of the morning, erotic photographs in tow. Perhaps a touch of stress relief is in order.
