Summary
A quirk of her transfer to the First has compelled Y'shtola Rhul to express a proclivity that she acquired from Lauden Praud's aetheric state recording during the events of How You Feel. She blames the Warrior of Light for her predicament, and wishes to see her in similar circumstances.
Following the events of Shadowbringers, Y'shtola and Cheria force Lauden to confront her fear of her proclivity. They condition her to accept herself, and to embrace her deepest desires. Lauden finally gets something she wants, only to have to give it up at Hydaelyn's behest in order to save the star. While she's indulging herself, Alphinaud Leveilleur loses a bet that finally affords her the ability to transition—at great cost, and with similar results.
Lauden's attempt to recapture her happiness following the events of Endwalker leads her into the arms of Selaine, a life support engineer with a strikingly similar proclivity. The Engineer makes it clear that she wants more than a good time from Lauden; to their mutual surprise and delight their relationship is enhanced by Lauden developing a shared consciousness with Jacinthe, the first Warrior of Light.

Summary
Lauden Praud finds Fantasia and discovers that it isn't hers to use - so many times that when she finally comes into possession of a phial with no strings attached she sticks it in a drawer and saves it for someone whose need she has yet to become aware of. She can't bring herself to complete her transition - not while the phials she's come across can be used to help others.
In an effort to help Lauden fulfill her emotional needs, Y'shtola learns how to use the Aetheric State Player. She trains the Warrior of Light on the device and provides her with a recording of something she's desired for most of her life - what it feels like to be pregnant. Exploring Lauden's state recording leads Y'shtola to appeal to Cheria Haredottir to help the struggling Machinist become a Gunbreaker - a task she undertakes in the Cieldalaes, with a little help from Trisha Reese.

Summary
Stories about folks who realized their true selves with the help of Fantasia helping others to realize and claim their identities. Some tales are smutty. Some are gruesome; some are wholesome. Many are some combination of the three. There's a whole lot of "paying it forward" here, in various shapes and sizes. Sometimes it's easy. Sometimes it's difficult. Sometimes it's simple, sometimes it gets complicated. Two things are for certain: Fantasia makes its way to those in need of it, and Nymeia has a terrible sense of humor.
