And it would be so nice to see something he got him, be worn. It was odd to see it abandoned in some street, but people misplace valuables all the time, so taking this would certainly not be a problem.
He picked it up, and his hand went numb.
“Poison?-” And he dropped it, yanking his hand away. A trap.
He shuffles back, trying to dig into something, find an antidote-But the numbness spreads, and he passes out, immobile, and thinking he’s going to die.

She got up to get her hair out of the ponytail it was in and cleaned up, and only when she was about to leave did she hear a noise that made her yelp.
It was a metallic sort of screech, like gears were grinding and metal was tearing apart. She dashed back over and saw the android she was fixing was glowing now, eyes put on a setting way too high and she dashed over to start fixing that. It’s only after a minute of twiddling around does she realize that god-awful sound was her method of talking.
She started digging around the small parts, finding a chip for speech, and fixed it in with a basic weld. The screeching stopped.
Then it just started to speak. “...Am I…Understandable, now?”
“Yes. God, sorry.” She wipes herself off with a towel, tossing it god-knows where. “I didn’t mean to just…I thought you’d have some kind of on switch. I wasn’t going to flip it until I fixed you completely.”
“I have an on switch. However It was taken out years ago and has not been found since.”
Ishmael groans. “Of course. You got an id number?”
“32878.”
“Geez, you’re an older one for sure…People don’t go that low in the range- what’d you do?”
“Scientific work and pleasure release.”

“Hey, do I have to tell you again?” Kazui whispers so lowly, borderline undetectable malice lacing his words, and Fuuta barely suppresses a shudder. “Hands. Now.”
He feels weight shifting off of him, but not completely, and Fuuta realizes he has nowhere to run. The pressure on the back of his neck is starting to choke him. He drops his head to hide any fear in his eyes and slowly picks his hands up until they’re splayed against the wall, pressing his palms against the brick as hard as he can to ground himself. He’ll be fine. He’s complied now, the cop is probably only going to search him, right?
