i give blanket permission to creating fanart, podfics, other fanfic, and translations of my fic, with the exception of translations into french. i minored in french in college (including a class on french-english translation), so if you do want to do a translation into french, i would like to be a co-author and work with you on the fic.
i explicitly do NOT grant permission to input any text from my fics into ChatGPT or any other AI service. i realize that my fics are not ao3-user locked, which allows ChatGPT and similar AI services to harvest data from them. this is because i want to keep my work accessible to those who don’t have or aren’t interested in using ao3 accounts, but this stance is subject to change. i understand that putting this disclaimer on my profile will not prevent anyone from putting my fics into ChatGPT if they really want to, but i appreciate those who respect my wishes.
