Peter is working at Delmar’s, sorting out tabloids on the rack in the front, and he sees Tony’s face plastered everywhere and then Peter is reading words and then he can’t read anything because he’s crying and his shaking hands rip the magazine in half.
Tony Stark…alive.
He saved the world, saved Peter, and Peter never even got to thank him. Not that it matters now. If Peter was a factor in Tony's decision to snap his fingers, Peter will never know. No one will ever know, because Peter fucked up and now he doesn’t exist.

This must be some sort of sleepwalking thing, because Angel doesn’t know what to do about the fact that Husk just laced their fingers together and pressed the back of Angel’s hand to his cheek with a rumbling purr.
That’s. Shockingly honest.
Angel wishes the hallway were darker, because such a simple act of affection shouldn’t have the blush blooming across his nose, but fuck, he can feel his cheeks burning.
“You’re here,” Husk murmurs, nuzzling at Angel’s hand. Angel’s glad he’s still got one on the wall, or he’d have fallen over by now. “Dreamt ya weren’t.”
Angel knows what it’s like to crush someone’s heart in his palms.
