Summary
“Hey, kid, what are you doing here?” the kind blonde woman asked. Steve stared up at her with a frown, crouched down next to a dumpster in New York, 1974.
“You can’t make me go back to the doctor’s. I don’t like it there.”
“Not a fan of Doctors, are you?” the man in a leather jacket said, crouching down to the little kid’s eye level. His smile bounded playfully with amusement.
“No. They don’t let me run!”
“Well, kid-“ “- I’m Steve, and I’m not a kid - ” “- Steve the Kid, then - I’m The Doctor, and this is Rose Tyler. Do you want to come run with us?”— In which Steve Harrington ran through space and time, stared into the Heart of the TARDIS, and claimed his name.
Now, it’s 1983 in Hawkins, and he’s still running.Series

If Yanli had been the one to survive Nightless City, would he have left her in the past? No, he didn't doubt Wei Wuxian’s affection for Yanli. Again, it was only him who was unwanted.
Would it have been better that way? If he had been the one to take the sword?
Or perhaps if he had died during the war, before Wei Wuxian returned?
Or ultimately, wouldn't it have been better if he had died at Wen Chao’s hand? Before the core transfer that had cost everything in the end?

Ch. 17
Journey to a parallel world reveals secrets and forces necessary conversations/reevaluations (especially regarding JC and the Yunmeng Jiang).
We are well on the way to a full reconciliation between the Yunmeng Bros. JC has apologized for 1) breaking his promise to WW, 2) trying to kill WW at Nightless City, and 3) blaming WW for the Massacre at Lotus Pier in its immediate aftermath. WW had apologized for 1) breaking his promise to JC and 2) failing his duties as JC's Head Disciple; we are still waiting for the apology regarding non-consensual medical procedures.
JL is still in the infirmary, but getting better. The other Juniors are hanging around. LW is starting to recognize his own biases and shortcomings, which is already improving his relationship with JC.
We have confirmed that JC is an awesome sect leader, some events in the past were inevitable/the product of everyone's choices, and that people are entitled to their feelings (especially regarding traumatic incidents.

Summary
Cale Henituse makes a deal with the God of Death, turns back time, and swaps bodies with someone to provide his world another chance to take down the White Trash. He later finds his mother’s reincarnation and they live somewhat happily in a post-apocalyptic Korea.
Except, none of this happens.
Cale, now Kim Soohyun, looked down at the frightened boy in the run-down apartment filled with alcohol bottles and rubbish. He regrets not hitting his uncle harder.
“Kim Rok Soo.” Cale—no, Kim Soohyun, this child’s older brother, swept his bangs back and swallowed down a sigh. “I’m sorry, buddy. Your hyung is late.”
Alternatively:
The deal with the God of Death has unexpected repercussions.
Two souls swapped places, but what happened to the 18-year-old Cale Henituse who was simply living his life before the regression & canon began?
Well, here's that story.

Summary
The Starks have always been the champions of the Old Gods, only mistakes made by the last three generations led to the extinction of the family. That might have been the end, only the Old Gods had been soaked in generations of Stark blood and devotion. They decided to change the flow of time, to take the one person who could move the family off the path of destruction and make him live life again. Ned Stark hadn’t known how many mistakes he had made, but the gods were going to show him… and then make him try again.
