He is springing towards the door and with a bit of help from another person that Percival can’t see, the man in a hurry makes it onboard as the train pulls out of the station.”

Summary
This work is a part of my other work Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing. It may make a lot more sense to read that first, but I guess this can be read alone.
Remus is a rather lonesome man who fills his life with working on his late father’s farm. He’s perfectly content with taking care of his sheep and going hunting, until his new neighbour moves in. This is a background story as to how Remus ended up the way he did.

“Most people that come here…” Lily spoke slowly, choosing her words carefully, “Remus put it like this to me once: most people who choose to spend years of their life so far from civilization have a reason for leaving it behind. Remus wanted someone like us and he held out for so long because he expected he would get sent a bunch of finicky artsy types. I don’t think he expected you.
