Summary
One night, Robin spots a kid with an overnight bag on a rooftop, and he jumps to the obvious conclusion: the kid's trying to run away. The kid is doing a really bad job of it, though, and that's the sort of thing Robin just has to correct.
Except the kid is Tim Drake, and Tim isn't actually trying to run away. But "running away" does sound a little better than "stalking bat-themed vigilantes through the crime-infested streets of Gotham every night." So he lets Robin have this one.
Besides, that's the end of it, right? Robin might have found Tim once, but no one ever looks for Tim a second time. Robin can think whatever he wants. They'll never see each other again.

“So then, how do you suggest we proceed?” he asks through gritted teeth.
Timothy Drake leans forward on his elbows and clasps his hands together, eyes hollow and exhausted as he considers Damian.
“I think Bruce and Alfred are in trouble. We have to help them.”

Summary
If Bruce wasn't so busy investigating the Red Hood, he might have realised that, while Jack Drake is in a coma and Tim is grounded from patrol, Drake Industries goes broke. Overnight, the Drakes lose everything, leaving Tim without a cent to his name.
Jason, meanwhile, cannot believe that the Bats haven't noticed yet that something is obviously wrong with the Replacement.

It’s weird, being poor. At the moment, Tim has precisely eleven dollars to his name. Drake Industries, gone. Their assets, gone. His trust fund, being used to pay for his father’s hospital bills. The house is gone, too. That's okay. Tim is okay. Sometimes, though, he lies awake at night, and he can’t help but wonder. Does Bruce know? He definitely doesn’t, obviously. But, does he?

And Bruce tilted his head back to look at the ceiling and said, yes. Because it was true. The bullet today had avoided his jaw by inches, and there were limits to what even Kevlar plating could do. He had felt the breath of it pass him, the hot stinking reek of death. And even if the next one missed, and the next one, and the next, he was not getting any younger.
Would you like not to? the creature said, cocking its broad, spade-shaped head.
