Langdon looks up. Robby stands in front of him, frowning. This might be the first thing he said to Langdon in the whole week that isn't directly work-related.
Which is probably what makes Langdon answer truthfully before he can think twice:
"Not going home tonight."
"What?"
Langdon squeezes his eyes shut.
"Can't. Abby and I fought, and… Fuck," he looks around to check if they're still alone, then drops to a whisper anyway. "Robby, I told her about us."
