Rosalina closes her eyes, sorting through every stray memory and emotion that she has filed away under 'recent'. Everything was there, untouched by the slow and unforgiving passage of time. In this life, there was no mother or father. No brother. No castle to run around in or servants to cater to her every whim. No stories read to her at night, or mushroom kingdom streets to run around in during the day.
