Wir alle kennen die Geschichte von Harry Potter, dem Junge-der-überlebte, dem Auserwählten. Wie Voldemort versuchte ihn als Baby zu töten und scheiterte. Und wie er die Welt der Zauberer und Hexen von dem Schwarzen Magier befreite. Wie er somit die berühmte Blitznarbe bekam, für die er später in Hogwarts immer angestarrt wurde.Wie er jedes Schuljahr erneut unverschuldet in eine missliche Lage geriet, aus der er sich zum Glück immer wieder mit Hilfe seiner Freunde (und natürlich Dumbledores) rauskämpfen konnte. Und wie letztendlich aus dem Junge-der-überlebte der Junge-der-zwei-Mal-überlebte wurde, indem er Voldemort ein für alle Mal besiegte. Doch was, wenn ein klitzekleines Detail anders wäre? Was, wenn Harry Potter gar nicht Harry Potter wäre? Wie würde die Geschichte dann lauten?

Summary
The bath takes care of the sweat. Takes care of the burnt bits of skin and fat that still cling to his palm. Zuko scrubs his body until it’s raw, blushing red; he dunks his head under the hot water and stays there, staring up at the dark, vaulted ceiling of the washroom until his lungs run out of breath to use.
The oil of honeysuckle and opium and cinnamon, sweet and sharp and earthy, does not wash the stench of scorched flesh out of his nose.Zuko falls asleep on the evening of his official coronation, when he’s twenty-one-years old and has finally reached his majority. Zuko wakes on the morning of the Agni Kai with his father, eight years earlier.
This is annoying for several reasons, like the fact that the War is still ongoing, that he has zero friends, and that Ozai is not in jail.

Summary
Sokka has been through a lot the last few days. He got separated from his friends, got into multiple fights, and had no idea his loyal ostrich horse was actually human until a certain prince jerkbender appeared on his lap. If the gods were kind, they’d give him a few days off, but the gods have never been kind to Sokka.
Aka, it’s a lovely day in Ba Sing Se, Zuko is (once again) a horrible ostrich horse, and that is (once again) entirely Sokka’s problem.
