Summary
Brooklyn, 1927. The Golden Age of Boxing. Two years ago, light heavyweight champion Dean Winchester and heavyweight champion Castiel Novak had a secret affair. After a scandal tarnished Cas’ name and stripped him of his title, the two parted ways. Now, with a heavyweight tournament on the horizon, Dean aims to up his weight class so he can compete for the title. He finds unexpected competition when Cas comes out of retirement and returns to New York to fix his reputation. Charlie, his high-school bestie, scored him a paramedic job in one of the most violent areas in the country. Dean didn’t even blink. He’s wanted to be a medic ever since he spent his childhood patching up his dad’s various open wounds. He could tell you it’s because he’s noble, but nope — Dean just likes digging around in the squishy parts.Also, Dean’s an idiot.
His adrenaline addiction sends him straight into a dark alley one night, where he ends up on his knees in front of an ocean-eyed mafia god who looks far too eager to let (force) Dean explore the insides a bit more. -

Dean Winchester never wanted to wear a crown. He had no idea that he even could. It wasn't until the Campbell royals all got themselves assassinated by demons that he and Sam found out that King Samuel was actually their grandfather, and well, shit.
But Dean was a soldier before he was anything else. So maybe that's why he'll do anything to stop this awful demon war—anything. Even try to make an alliance with the angels.
They think they're gonna scare him off by telling him he's gotta be magically married—okay, okay, handfasted, but call it what it is—to some snooty noble angel for a whole year? They think Dean's gonna back out because the angels want him to be handfasted not to a proper princess, oh no, but to a prince?
Bring it on.
