When Erik stumbles upon a private conversation between Raven and Peter and hears Peter admit to having difficulty confessing a familial truth, Erik arrives at the only logical conclusion: Peter must have a secret son, who doesn't know that Peter is his dad.
As more and more disturbing truths come to light, Erik makes it his mission to convince Peter to take responsibility as a father. No matter how hard it will be, Erik will get Peter to confess his familial relations to his apparently traumatized and wildly emotional son.
Because if there's one thing Erik despises above all else, it's a lack of healthy communication between a father and his child.
