Summary
The angel evidently needed an outlet for his desire, needed to know that what he was feeling was alright. Dean had long suspected his friend to be touch starved, and how fast he had gotten this desperate proved it. His whole background in heaven couldn't have helped either. Castiel most likely needed someone to give him permission for what he was feeling, to make his brain understand it was okay and allowed to feel desire. Dean could provide that. He was a good best friend after all.
"Do you want me to make you come?" Dean asked, voice sultry and rough with his own arousal. Castiels breath stuttered and he nodded wide eyed.
"Yes, yes please, I'll do anything, tell me what to do!" The angel begged once more.
