I'm hesitant in the way this may come off as strange to some but I myself am FTM so like, this is MY weird fic, whatever. Basically, web series era. Matt is ftm and Jay is a very normal person, he doesn't care that's just Matt. Except he's very morbidly curious about his best friend changing on HRT. The more masculine aspects Matt grows into, the more Jay is attracted to him. Per web series like 2008, time period things are like, Jay learns things via porn even though that is not the one way should learn about anything lol.

Matt finds himself missing the days that when he and Jay fought and Jay got physical with him. He thinks its all for laughs and entertaining himself, except for Jay getting particularly harsh with Matt for the first time in years and the tension that had been building under Matt's skin bubbles over. When he feels struck by his best friend who hit so hard he knows there will be bruises, Matt finds his blood is pumping for reasons more than the sharpness of pain.
-“I’m sorry Jay, could you repeat that? I wasn't listening." Matt wasn't even lying to piss him off, this time.
Jay's eyes went wide with anger and the next thing Matt knew he fell back into the piano bench seat, his face stringing from where Jay had slapped him. Jay, still gripping Matt’s arm, twisting it slightly. Matt felt dizzy as he looked up at Jay, still hardly listening.
