But it also sounds like the voice that left him behind, the voice that gave him a heart just to break it. "I know there's someone there, by the way. You don't have to be scared."
"That's not a zombie," Tsumiki mutters from behind him, no longer stuck to the corner of the room and instead back by his side, expression clear of any previous fear.
"It's not," Satoru mutters back, just as shocked.
