Summary
Otto the Flunky and Harry the Cold Caller have been best friends for as long as any of their colleagues can remember. They're an unusual pair, it's part of why they're a perfect duo!
But things are not looking good. Otto's boss has noticed that he's not been filling his quotas, and to fix that he needs to go out and fight some Toons! The problem? Otto is a pacifist, and more to the point, finds Toons kind of frightening. Harry has offered to help him meet his quota, but what the Cold Caller hasn't kept in mind is that sometimes bad things happen to good people.
Harry is going to go through a lot in this story, and he's going to change a great deal too, if it means he has any hope of bringing Otto back from the brink! After all, Harry still has yet to confess his true feelings to his long time friend...

Only a toon with nothing to lose could come up with a plan as brilliant and cog-like as hers: she's going to find a way to take advantage of his override, because if the Resistance could get ahold of technology like that, or even control a suit like him, then maybe they could turn the tide in this war.
The only problem? It's no easy task getting close to a suit like that, and the closer she gets to Chip, the more the line between her mission and her time spent with him begins to blur.
