Jeremie Belpois is a college student who, desperate for cash and with a lot of free time, decides to enlist as part of France’s National Heroes Dispatch Network as a Summer Hire Junior Dispatcher. Sure, it means that he isn’t in charge of running the really big heroes, but at least he’s getting some money on the side and he’ll be done when college starts again in the fall.
Little did he know that not only were the ‘super heroes’ he was working with all former villains, but also the fact that their former boss, a madman-turned-robotic monster named XANA, really wants them back. Even if it means killing Jeremie in the process…

It starts with just one change.

Summary
There’s a thousand-and-one reasons this wasn’t XANA’s doing, and one half-baked reason it could’ve, maybe, perhaps been, in a perfect world where he was able to do something wholly unfounded and very likely scientifically impossible on all accounts, been his doing. Can earthquakes be triggered by soundwaves? No, and the only way they could is if the mainwave thus triggers an aftershock. Easy. Simple. A perfect explanation. XANA didn’t do this, the earth did it all on its own.
Although, if XANA is smart, and Jeremie knows he is, now would be an opportune time to lay on an attack. Kick them while they're down, as one would say. Not like it hasn’t happened in the past.
