Community House Big Bang 2025

Welcome to the Community House Big Bang 2025!
Our 2025 Theme is: Dream Team
This collection features fanworks for our inaugural event. You will find fanfics and fanart centering around one or more members of the Dream Team!
The writers took on the massive challenge of creating a 20k-word fic while each of their respective artists created a companion piece to each fic in the form of a cover, character art, concept art, or a fic scene. The collection opens on June 15th, 2025 and will go on until July 2025.
We are so incredibly proud of you all. We wanted to create a positive community of collaboration and bring more long-form works into the Dream Team and related fandom. We were blown away by the fandom response and the amazing hard work everyone put into this event. It was a joy watching you all sprint, cheerlead, share wips, ask for feedback, communicate, help each other, and work on your pieces in the server. Thank you for a successful event from all of us here at Community House!

Summary
Life often works out despite the challenges the universe throws at you. Threads break but hope remains at the bottom of your mind.
That once was the reality for Dream, a boy who felt like he had everything, who felt like he was in heaven. However, the fears caught up. They overshadowed the success and slowly wrapped around his life until he couldn't shake them off. The cracks started appearing and suddenly one conversation was enough to cause everything to fall apart.
Now Sapnap and George live their lives without him, while the blonde desperately tries to get back to his routine without shattering completely.
Will fate be cruel enough to reunite them? Can something good come out of it? Could there still be an opportunity for them to find that innocent, blind love again? -

Summary
Peace has become delicate in New York City. With vampire attacks increasing, the laws that ensure a safe co-existence between humans and vampires are more fragile than ever. Human police officer George has his hands full with desperately trying to protect his beloved city — but he is fighting a losing battle.
It’s not until his boss assigns him to get to the root of the problem that George needs to put his lifelong hate for vampires aside and work with a man who calls himself Dream, taking him deep into the underground net of his home.
Caught between century-old prejudices and a governmental plot, George suddenly needs to overcome his conflicted feelings and rely on their only hope: the exact man who he loathes working with — and who might be out for his blood.

Summary
George whispered, “You'll forget this ever happened.”
Then, he bit his neck.
There was a sharp, aching, the slow push of fangs breaking skin. Dream’s vision swam and the trench walls blurred. His knees buckled, and the grip he had on his rifle weakened as the darkness rushed up to meet him.
The last thing he felt before everything went black was the press of cold hands catching him, steadying him as he fell.
The next morning, he had no memory of what happened.
or; Drafted into World War 1 with barely any preparation, Dream had no choice but to be ruthless in No Man’s Land for his own survival. But somehow, he never dies. Bullets tear through him and bayonets pierce deep, and yet, by morning, he always wakes up—scarred but breathing.
He kept on seeing the same man saving him in these near-death situations, but he has no memory of him.
