Ch13

Cosmoem: Everyone is too exhausted, and while the fires are put out they didn't leave anyone with the police to make sure everyone escaped the fires or needs help investigating the fire station explosion with hostages 

Greninja: I agree as I find their lack of relying on other authorities for assistance and investigation illogical

Silvally: I agree as this should have been common knowledge but take it we need more steps to reinforce the need to cooperate with authorities in our next few lessons

Cosmoem: No one stayed behind at all and that is disappointing

Kingdra: They would have died anyways 

Excadrill: True, Hatsume was watching everything from above with a sniper if someone stayed but there was no need for her to shoot and instead priorities whatever she is doing with the studio crew

Salazzle: Seems like Bakugo is pissed again

Gengar: I understand why he is mad as I would be too but all his infighting is pointless

Greninja: Except needed as Bakugo is right, they haven't been doing anything despite all their manpower and resources such as police, ambulance, and the HPSC

Salazzle: Oh right we built that because some wanted to do that for their future

Garganacl: We built that? That was me and @Excadrill

Salazzle: Hey they are part of my class so I deserve some credit

Granbull: Either way Uraraka is not fit for this role anymore and should still be leader but give all the authority to someone like Kendo or that Iida kid

Greninja: I disagree on Iida as if this was real life yes, but in this exercise then no unless Iida can separate his heart from work like a professional 

Silvally: as fascinating as this is, the right answer for our current situation is do you all remember the bus

Palafin: they crashed into the building!

Greninja: Seems like Shinsou is making his move and unleashing… fuck they wouldn't

Kingdra: I agree as if this was a real scenario I would be sick

Greninja: They are all exhausted and narrow visioned to notice tape around the arms and that this is supposed to be an exercise of real life, meaning killing isn't allowed 

Excadrill: They got so used to destroying robots that they don't care about their safety anymore 

Palafin: What are your thoughts on this sir, as you know this isn't right? Even for Young Midoriya to be taking it this far

Silvally: As much as this makes my fur bristle, I'll allow it since Mr.Midoriya seems like he isn't aiming for just a ordinary Yakuza level

Greninja: Are you saying he is trying to rival an underworld ruler like All For One?

Silvally: Precisely, as he isn't aiming for land, money or anything finite, but instead the hearts and Minds of society itself

Silvally: Shouldn't be possible with the limits I set for this exercise but something isn't adding up as to why as if this was simple revenge then there should be no need for him to set fires and destroy the economic foundations 

Palafin: Where did young shinsou go?

Excadrill: one of the cameras got destroyed so we have a Blindspot of our own so need to send out a personal drone to keep a eye out 

Greninja: No need, I spot him in a alleyway as it seems he blended in with Bunny's weapon crate crew to take the armor away and pretend nothing happened as they just converse

Salazzle: Honestly smart as I do the same with fellow heroes or civilians to get less suspicion from being tailed

cosmoem: so in the end this is another loss for the heroes

Cosmoem: Glad they are using Police and Medics now but this is still a bit sad

Chansey: It's insulting to the medics and police as they are basically a clean up crew as the heroes do nothing 

Granbull: I agree, no search parties, no giving reports and asking for assistance, not even a single check on identities as they are all from the city with the burnt down fire station

Palafin: Have we failed as teachers?

Greninja: Not necessarily but this is a huge Blindspot than normal as I guess their overconfidence in manpower and the this is an exercise mentality made them not consider everything at all

Silvally: This is just an exercise is true but this is supposed to display real life and they all basically failed as heroes and what's about to come might just decide their fates

Greninja: How so?

Silvally: Hatsume's team has taken over a news station signal as everyone is currently getting a broadcast

Granbull: Wait y'all built a fucking new station with actual signals?

Excadrill: Yes we had it for a few years so the students won't be bored at the hotels and houses and watch T.V

Silvally: and now it's being exploited for the first time in years, fascinating 

Palafin: May we see sir?

Silvally: Of course as it's just about to start

Greninja: Yeah figured he would edit the footage of all their encounters 

Palafin: Poor Young Todoroki, being set up like this

Gengar: Midoriya is making himself look like the hero now too

Kingdra: Honestly a smart defamation video as this would for sure make Todoroki stay out the exercise 

Excadrill: The editing is good too as it will take a few professionals to dig through this footage and comb through each frame

Gengar: Wait did Midoriya actually get hurt or is he faking it?

Chansey: Faking it as he didn't get injuries even with the explosion at the fire station

Granbull: What is he up to?

Salazzle: He is defaming the heroes 

Silvally: No there is more, now check your Civilian bot programs @Excadrill

Excadrill: On it

Palafin: Why can't they cut the broadcast? They are sending it right?

MewClones: They are but not through their personal signal so they can't know what to turn off unless they shut off the entire grid to the building

Salazzle: Even then the damage is done now

Kingdra: Valor, compassion ,and mercy huh? So those are his standards

Greninja: There is a few more I believe but those are the main ones

Palafin: Wait, is giving up being a Yakuza?

Greninja: No he is calling for more action against the heroes 

Kingdra: yeah I seen this a few times in the underground as well to know that this is basically a set up for people to riot against their enemies

Excadrill: Nedzu are you seeing this?

Silvally: I am

Palafin: What's going on?

Silvally: Mr.Bunny has acquired an army now

Chatot: WHAT!!!

Salazzle: How?

Silvally: Ms.Hatsume released a program that gives robots a chance to switch sides as for the percentage I might tweak it depending on what it says 

Excadrill: any civilian bot near a T.V or has a fake phone has a 50% chance of infection, and add another 50% chance of a morality check every hour so they number of riots slowly builds up or dies out

Silvally: Texting Mr.midoriya now to let him know he will only have 50% for this first hour, then next hours will be set to 15% chance on converting to riots unless he manages to defame the heroes some more to increase his chances

Greninja: That sounds fair but take it that was already his plan so that's why he kept it at 50%

Silvally: That is true but I like to take in some unexpected encounters even if it's unlikely

Chatot: That's fair

Cosmoem: They been handling riots for a while

MewClones: Yeah they been awake all morning for about 7 hours running around the city

Chatot: I have a show in a hour, I am setting off

Kingdra: Your thoughts on certain students before you go?

Chatot: Green bean is terrifying obviously, but like the small investigation crew shoji is running, besides that hmmm I say heroes don't pass but there could be a few outliers

Garganacl: Well said

Greninja: Yeah I can see shoji's investigation crew making some difference but not enough

Palafin: Why so?

Kingdra: That's why

Excadrill: should we just ban snipers or atleast hastume next time as at this rate she might as well shoot everyone

Silvally: If she does that then this wouldn't be a show and a war against the heroes and while despite some tactics being overwhelming for everyone involved he does try and be fair and give most a chance to make it out of situations

Salazzle: Pfft try?

Greninja: Bunny is on the move again

Palafin: Where?

Gengar: Heading towards Ashido and Komori

Garganacl: Wait, he is stalking and waiting? Why?

Salazzle: His crew seems decently far away so I don't know who to focus on next

Greninja: Still was pretty clever to blend Bunny's punch with Ashido's Phobia of this giant

Salazzle: Yeah, it was unexpected as I didn't even notice the girl near them

Silvally: Like I said, you want Ms.Vanshwee around during moments of being mostly alone and the most paranoid and in need of sleep

Granbull: This makes me mad seeing my kids fall like this

Gengar: Honestly pretty brutal to choke out a small girl, I feel bad for my kohai

Cosmoem: Wonder how long it would take her peers to notice they've been ambushed?

Cosmoem: Seriously, 4 hours?

Gengar: It was a very busy 4 hours 

Greninja: That is no excuse as there should be constant checks since they are all fighting

Palafin: He is right young togata, lives and fights can change any second so there should at least be a check in every few minutes

Granbull: That Bakugo kid is doing nothing but check the CCTV, and watch the base, he could have at least played as a Operator and plan around everyone and prioritize safety and teamwork 

Palafin: Where is young Midoriya as I assumed he would be attacking more often or do something after capturing young Komori

Greninja: Shinsou just dropped Eri off with Midoriya but something isn't right

Palafin: What do you mean?

Greninja: shit @Silvally did you allow Eri to join the exercise?

Silvally: Yes

Greninja: She is wearing a hostage shirt and is running towards kirishima and Uraraka

Silvally: Let me have a discussion with Midoriya later and I'll find out, and @Palafin would you like to be there?

Palafin: Yes sir, I'm also curious of this recent development 

Kingdra: Shit this kid isn't making it easy, he is getting tunnel visioned and will get disqualified 

MewClones: It's the pressure of a Dilemma of you knowing a person is a villain and having no evidence to act

Granbull: While I understand her quitting and giving up leadership, this is just not fair since Midoriya is basically exploiting the outside friendship in this game

Silvally: That is true but this was definitely still pretty obvious that anyone could see. Even if she wasn't compromised there wasn't gonna be much change as all the burdens would still be too much

Mabostiff: Don't see young Bakugo fit to lead

Palafin: He won't accept it either way

Silvally: Which is quite impressive as if this was 2nd years, most of your plans wouldn't have worked yes?

Rayquaza: Yeah, as everyone has experiences fighting but they don't have experiences in many other lessons in heroics and villainy so I'm trying my best to be creative and take whatever inspiration I can find since I can't come up with 100 plans in a week and successfully execute them all

Greninja: It's smart, exploiting weaknesses and picking the most logical solution that make a bigger impact and has the highest chances of success

Rayquaza: That has a part to play but no, I just think she is mainly scared to look anyone in the eye as I did frame her making a choice to save herself so she must feel guilty most of all

Silvally: Oh what's this?

Silvally has Banned Rayquaza for 1 hour

Palafin: Why did you Ban Young Midoriya sir?

Silvally: Keeping things fair and not letting him gather information from us

Gengar: Can't he just back read once he comes back?

Excadrill: Yes but I set this chat to where if you are banned then you can't see previous messages during your time banned

Greninja: Smart

Salazzle: So what was so interesting that you banned Midoriya?

Silvally: Just pay attention to the hero base

Chatot: Seems like little listeners are from my class want to chat with Heroes

Cosmoem: Will they sell out Midoriya?

MewClones: Are they even working for Bunny?

Silvally: It is likely but not everyone has joined Bunny's side as half of them are continuing about their day or just keeping silence even if they do know

Greninja: So the only way to know is to listen in

Kingdra: So a Hero Public safety commission and a City council official, well this should be fun

Chatot: Doubt it

Salazzle: Do they know how much they can do? I doubt they would be higher ups 

Silvally: While I don't personally know how they conduct their work at the HPSC, they did give me a brief breakdown on how everything is functioning. 

Gengar: Meaning?

Silvally: Ms.Togeike answers to me, the acting fake President as in a real scenario the HPSC would want to try and keep their ties with many areas, but seeing how one district is basically a lost cause and damaging the hero name, then they would likely shut the agency responsible down.

Greninja: Makes sense as the HPSC is known for trying to clean up messes.

Silvally: Exactly, though am curious with Mr.Tsutsutaka's way of speaking as given his role as a council member then I'm assuming he is Bunny's eyes and ears among the officials

Kingdra: Suggesting corruption?

Silvally: Maybe but not enough evidence to be a criminal but just be supportive of a supposed vigilante 

Palafin: Still 2 days, so you are giving the heroes one last hope?

Silvally: Well shutting down a real agency takes a bit longer but I have to say it would just be boring to have a straight win like that as well, which is why I set the deadline so they can try and do something as this is a loss for the heroes but life always continues meaning they would need to do something after their agency closes.

Kingdra: Which is salvaging any credibility and public trust to start over again or at least go freelance. Maybe even work a deal with the HPSC to go underground instead or be a personal guard since they will not have access to the spotlight for many years

Greninja: That or live a life in the no hero zone, and be a vigilante. Though I doubt they would enjoy a normal 8 hour job as a store clerk or something similar

MewClones: we can't encourage vigilantism 

Palafin: Why not? Many countries such as Isreal or Canada and certain parts of countries like America with Ohio or Texas don't require Licenses and encourage vigilantism

Kingdra: Exactly, who is to say we have a part in Japan like the Mie Prefecture that says licenses are not needed, and that self defense is encouraged? There would be people using Vigilantism to save people who are scared, stop crimes, or Kami forbid take revenge

Chatot: Still this is surprising as this is definitely new territory since the dawn of quirks

Silvally: One that is likely possible due to the rise of escalation in criminal activity. Meaning people will band together for a better option if presented it

Chatot: What the hell? You put a Kill Order on the green bean?

Gengar: Can the HPSC and heroes do that?

Palafin: Unfortunately yes Young Togata 

Silvally: Yes as this isn't the first time and definitely won't be the last, especially with the HPSC standards as I'm sure you all had at least one kill order presented to you all 

Palafin: All for One previously before I found out he lived. Except I chose to submit it as well and make it a personal mission with the HPSC's backing.

Greninja: Was presented 23, accomplished 2 when push came to shove

Cosmoem: Mines wasn't a official order but the HPSC supported me because the Rescue/Hostage situation was too hectic during that moment
